ABOUT

US

OUR COMMITMENT: to offer our clients over 25 years of experience
• hundreds of family situations, hearings, negotiations and meetings.
• impeccable technical approach, tried and tested in traditional French structures and international business firms.
• experience enriched by global and interdisciplinary training with additional specializations in business, tax and criminal law.

OUR PHILOSOPHY: we believe that a family dispute is not like any other; it requires specific human qualities and techniques
• consideration of the psychological and human dimensions of the dispute, specificities of the parties, their sensitivities and their fragilities.
• an alternative approach focused on the search for negotiated solutions.

OUR STRENGTH: to be at the heart of economic life, with high international mobility and to master:
• family estate law: complex liquidations, high-stakes separations, complex inheritance.
• international family law and extraneous situations: i.e. a child born in the United States, an expatriation to Dubai, property acquired in Cambodia.

OUR MOTTO: together: side by side
